Refund policy

Free trial
Every Fluorine subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial from Settings → Billing and you won’t be charged.
After the trial
Subscriptions are billed monthly per seat. If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for and does not renew. We don’t charge for partial months.
Refunds
If you’re charged and didn’t mean to be — you forgot to cancel, or a renewal went through you didn’t want — email us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund it in full. No questions.
Beyond 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. We’ll usually say yes if the product didn’t work for you and you tell us why — that’s information we want.
How refunds are processed
Fluorine’s payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
